Each session is simply a conversation, focused on you.

We talk through what’s been happening, how it’s affecting your life, and what you would like to change.

Everyone’s story is different, so there’s no one-size-fits-all approach. Instead, we take the time to understand your experiences, identify triggers or patterns, and develop practical coping strategies that work for you.

Many people come to counselling wanting to feel lighter, more positive, reassured, or understood.

Often, they’re looking for clarity, validation, and the confidence to handle life in a healthier way. That’s exactly what our work together aims to support.

All sessions are either online, telephone or face to face.
