About Me

Becoming a counsellor felt like a natural step for me.

Friends and family have always turned to me for support and help.

Subsequently I gained professional qualifications within counselling.

Alongside my qualifications, I bring real life experience. I understand how challenges such as bereavement, divorce, lone parenting, and workplace pressures can effect everyday life.

Like most people, I’ve worn many hats over the years which helps me connect with clients on a genuine, human level.

Clients often say they feel comfortable quickly.

I focus on building strong connections, helping you reframe situations, see new perspectives, and keep moving towards positive outcomes.

How I can help and what to expect

Counselling is a professional, confidential and structured talking therapy where a trained counsellor helps you explore, understand and manage personal issues, emotions and behaviours.

It’s about being heard, understood, and supported while you find your own way forward.
